Chickpea “Chicken Salad”

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained

1 celery stalk, diced

2 green onions, sliced

1 cup red grapes, halved

2 tbsp mayo (olive oil blend or vegan)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard 

1/2 tsp dried dill

1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Salt and pepper if needed

*Whole wheat wrap or sandwich bread as needed

Directions: In a medium bowl add the chickpeas and mash slightly until desired texture. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. Adjust seasoning as needed. Enjoy!
