Coffee Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

3/4 cup milk of choice (I use skim milk)

1/2 cup cooled coffee or cold brew

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2/3 cup rolled oats 

1 tsp chia seeds

Directions: In a medium bowl whisk together yogurt, milk, coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add in oats and chia seeds to combine. Store in an air tight container overnight. Enjoy!
