
Ingredients:
1/2 cup firm tofu, shaved with a peeler
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt as needed
1 pita bread
1 cup Lettuce
1-2 tomato slices
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
1/4th cup red onion, thinly sliced
*Regular or Vegan tzatziki sauce if needed
Directions: In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and garlic until softened. Add in the shaved tofu and season with oregano, smoked paprika and a bit of salt. Serve cooked tofu in a pita wrap with lettuce, onion, tomato and drizzle of tzatziki. Enjoy!
