
Ingredients:
2 can chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain the chickpeas, rinse, and pat dry (the drier the better!). Season the chickpeas in a large mixing bowl and spread out over the baking sheet. Bake for about 45-50 minutes. During cooking, mix beans every 15 minutes for even cooking. Let cool before eating enjoy!
