Spiced French Toast with Greek Yogurt Whip

Ingredients:

Olive oil spray

2 whole grain toast (I use Dave’s Killer multigrain)

1 egg

2 tbsp skim milk

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Dash of ground ginger

Dash of ground nutmeg

Dash of ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

Pinch of salt 

Greek yogurt Whip:

1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 

1 tsp maple syrup

1/8 tsp vanilla extract 

Pinch of salt

Directions: in a bowl whisk together egg, milk, vanilla extract and seasonings. Dip bread in egg mixture. In a non stick pan over medium heat cook toast on both sides until cooked through. In a separate bowl combine all ingredients for the Greek yogurt whip and whisk together. Top French toast with the yogurt blend. Feel free to add a dusting of cinnamon over top if needed! Enjoy!
