This cream cheese smoked salmon quiche with asparagus is so good and provides protein, healthy fats, and a serving of veggies for your morning meal!
I paired this with a side of fruit and it was perfect!
I used my @sizzlefishfit smoked salmon which is always a hit!
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus, ends removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
8 eggs,
1.5 cups reduced fat milk
1 tsp dill
Salt and pepper per preference
4oz smoked salmon, chopped
1/2 reduced fat cream cheese brick
Directions: preheat oven to 350F. Chop the asparagus and steam and cool. In a large bowl mix together eggs, milk, dill, salt, and pepper. Add in chopped salmon, cream cheese, and cooled asparagus. In a greased pan or casserole dish pour egg mixture and mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until cooked through and center is set. Enjoy!
