
Okay Sea Bass is Elite in my book 👏🏻
You could certainly use any fish in this dish as I will acknowledge that sea bass is a bit higher in price but it is SO WORTH IT 😍
This meal was so easy to make and gives you the amazing Mediterranean flavors making it perfect for you week night meals.
We paired this over cous cous and some garlic green beans 🤌🏻
Ingredients:
2-4 Seabass filets from @sizzlefishfit
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper as needed
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 lemon, zested
Directions: Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper and place in a greased 8×8 baking dish. Season fish with salt and pepper and place over top tomatoes. In a small bowl combine chopped parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, and lemon zest and mix until combined. Pat mixture into the top of the fish. Sprinkle the rest over the tomatoes. Baked for about 20 minutes until tomatoes are cooked and fish internal temp is 145F. Enjoy!
