Everything’s better with Nutella!
Y’all, I NEVER ate Nutella growing up and the one time I had it I didn’t like it, but for some reason it came back into my life and now I sometimes crave it (and my boys certainly do)!
These Greek Yogurt and Oat pancakes are an amazing base to add additional toppings or additions and @nutella was an amazing choice!
The pancakes themselves have no added sugar, but of course some is added once the Nutella is added.
The video above, I doubled the recipe, but this recipe below makes about 6 servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs,
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract.
Nutella per preference
*Additional fruit (such as banana optional)
Direction: Preheat oven to 375F. In a blender mix together oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until smooth. In a bowl mix together eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Add in dry ingredients to wet and mix. I. A lined baking dish, add dough, then add nutella scoops (3-4) and swirl it into the dough. Add in fruit of choice. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden on the top. Enjoy!
