Pan Seared Salmon with Creamy Spinach Sauce

This Fish recipe my husband LOVED we’re making it again this week 😂

Ingredients:
2 salmon filets (we used our @sizzlefishfit )
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 bag spinach
1 cup shredded Parmesan
1/4 lemon juiced
2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish as needed

Directions: Season fish with salt and pepper. In a medium pan over medium heat add olive oil and cook the salmon about 5-8 minutes each side until internal temp reaches 145F. Remove from pan. In the same pan, add the butter and garlic and cook a few minutes. Adding red pepper fakes and cook until garlic translucent. Add in chicken stock and cream. Bring to boil then simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Just before it starts to thicken add in spinach and cook until wilted. Add in Parmesan and lemon juice. Can season with a bit salt and pepper if needed. Place the cooked fish back into the sauce. Optional to add parsley over top. Enjoy!

*I paired this fish over Parmesan potatoes and sautéed asparagus.
