Sweet and Savory PB&J Overnight Oats

If you love peanut butter and jelly this one’s for you!

I saw a similar recipe on @ambitiouskitchen and was like yes please!

Overnight oats are super easy and versatile allowing for a quick balanced breakfast in the morning!

We use whole grain oats for complex carbs with some protein, chia seeds for fiber and protein, peanut butter for protein and healthy fats, and blueberries for fiber and polyphenols 💪🏻

I’ll be honest this makes quite a bit of overnight oats I was not able to eat the whole thing but man was it tasty!

In case you want to know where these jars came from they will be added to my Amazon store front 🤍

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk (unsweetened almond work well)
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp preserves (I used jelly but preserves would definitely give a softer texture)
1/2 cup blueberries

Directions: in a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, and peanut butter and mix. Cover and let set over ight in the fridge. Once cooled, you may need another few drops of milk to thin it out a little. Add preserves over top followed by the berries and enjoy!
