Comforting Fall Chicken Tetrazzini for Your Family

Must add this to your crockpot rotation! Hearty fall chicken tetrazzini 😍

This is my husbands favorite dish he gets so happy when I make this because it really is a comforting meal.

Not to mention how easy this dish is with honestly minimal ingredients and you should definitely have left overs.

I like to pair this dish with green beans, carrots, or broccoli 🥦

Are you a crockpot lover too??

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Salt and pepper to season chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried tarragon
1/2 white or yellow onion, diced
2 pints mushrooms, sliced (we used baby bells)
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 package whole wheat spaghetti, cooked per instructions
1 brick low fat cream cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions: In a crockpot, add chicken and top with seasonings. Top with onions, mushrooms, and chicken stock. Cover and set on low for 8hrs. Once cooked, shred chicken. Cook pasta per box instructions then add to the crockpot. Add in cream cheese and mozzarella and let sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
