
Ingredients:
4 salmon about 3-4 ounces
1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
chopped green onion and/or sesame seeds (optional)
Directions: In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Place salmon to marinate and cover for 1 hr to 24 hrs. When ready, let the salmon rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400F, bake for about 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145F. Enjoy!
