Peanut Butter and Banana Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:

½ large banana

1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup non-fat cows milk

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter

½ cup strawberries, sliced

Directions: In a bowl, mash banana until softened. Mix in yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Let chia seeds sit overnight. Top with fresh strawberries
