Homemade Nutella Energy Bars Recipe

Save this one, your toddler (or inner toddler) with thank you 👌🏻

I am constantly on the lookout for home-made energy bars so snacks for my kids and looking for high fiber, nut-centered versions and this one added their favorite of Nutella!

These bars are soo tasty and very dense so a small portion goes along way. Store them in the fridge in between parchment paper! I also froze half the recipe as this makes a big batch! May try adding some rice crispies next time 😜

Ingredients:
1.5 cups peanut butter
1 cup Nutella
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup honey

Directions: Melt the peanut butter and Nutella in the microwave for about 1 minute and mix until combined. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Line a baking dish with parchment paper (medium sized one!) and fill dish with mixture. Store in the fridge for 1 hour. Then divide into portions and store with parchment paper dividers. Enjoy!
